Despite our best efforts, dedication, and the sacrifices made over more than three years, sometimes challenges arise that derail even the most committed endeavors. Yesterday morning, after an alarm call-out, we were faced with the harsh reality of the locks being changed at 4 Montpellier Walk. Regardless of our attempts over the past few months to communicate and resolve the situation, any remaining options have now been taken out of our hands. Sadly, we can no longer welcome our wonderful customers through our doors.
While we feel this outcome is unjust, our focus now shifts to our incredible team as we dig deep and work tirelessly to find a way forward. We are committed to overcoming this setback and are determined to bring The Urban Fox and everything you, and we have loved about it back to Cheltenham as soon as possible.
This is not a statement we ever imagined having to make, especially not this week. The hospitality landscape has been particularly challenging this year, but your unwavering support over the last three years has meant the world to us. We have cherished every moment of serving you, celebrating with you, and getting to know you. We are beyond devastated, and this situation feels far from real.
