Modern line intermediate level at 1.30pm then Fitsteps at 6pm both in fairwater social centre today!

Classes today. Fitsteps at 1pm. Improvers line at 2.30pm both in fairwater and Fitsteps in Splott at 6pm. Let's boogie!

All back to normal this week. Classes back on. Today in fairwater Fitsteps at 1pm line 2.30pm and then to splott for Fitsteps at 6pm. Tuesday intermediate line at 1.30pm then Fitsteps at 6pm both in fairwater. Wednesday is Splott day with Fitsteps at 6pm then beginners line at 7.30pm in the children's play centre. Finally Thursday I am back in fairwater for Fitsteps at 6pm old line at 7pm and intermediate line at 8pm.

Classes all back to normal this week. Don't target Fitsteps in Splott at 6pm tonight

Classes all on today. Fitsteps at 6pm. Beginners line at 7pm. Intermediate line at 8pm. This is the last classes before Christmas. None next week. So have a very Merry Christmas.

The will be Fitsteps and line on Tuesday 29th December for those that want to burn off some of the Christmas calories before the new year bash.
