For those who love the fresh vibrant produce in our Garden Margarita, we have a surprise for you.

We recently visited Global Gardens in North Cardiff, just a 15-minute drive from the bar. There, we spoke with Jack, one of the incredible co-founders and volunteers behind this community project. We discussed the wonderful community they’ve fostered and the hard work involved in providing us with locally sourced ingredients. 😋

This is just the first episode of a new series where we’ll spotlight the brilliant people who supply the building blocks for our current menu ACT.
