🌞 JOIN US FOR A ONCE-IN-A-GENERATION EVENING! 🌞

On Wednesday 12th August, we're opening the doors at Callington Cricket Club at 5pm and inviting you, your family and friends to join us for something pretty special — the 2026 solar eclipse! 🌑☀️

Cornwall is one of the best places in the UK to watch the eclipse, with around 95% of the Sun covered at maximum eclipse. The eclipse will reach its peak at around 7:15pm, so what better way to watch it than with a cold drink in hand and some fish and chips! 😉

We will have ISO certified viewing glasses for sale at the bar on the evening.

⚠️ Please remember to use suitable ISO-certified eclipse glasses or other safe solar viewing equipment — never look directly at the Sun without proper protection.
