Last week I had the pleasure of spending two days carrying out a enhancement detail and ceramic coating on a 2019 Aston Martin Vantage, that my customer recently purchased (new to them).
A big thank you to the Astons owner for reaching out and booking in, as this is a brand I’ve wanted to polish for a long time as they are extremely cool looking cars since Aston brought out the latest shape 😁😮💨.
I carried out a heavy single stage machine polish, using medium foam pads and medium compound. Upon inspection under the light I was spotting several patch of DA flattening sanding marks, including left to right on the rear bumper.
I agreed to polish these out as Aston Martin are renown for leaving sanding marks in there vehicles finish when leaving the factory.
The Vantage had track pack PPF installed pre purchasing the vehicle, so I lightly polished over the PPF to enhance the film once again.
The polishing work was then degreased down and locked in with Poly, a 2 layer - 8H Coating, experiencing extraordinary gloss and highly-reflective finish that lasts up to 18 months, all while being resistant to harsh chemicals, micro-marring, and dullness.
Finishing the interior off with a complimentary valet.
