Brixham has a Story in Every Street, Every Boat and Every Family ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง and weโd love your help telling it
As part of bringing Beamers Brixham downstairs to the Ground Floor on the Quayside, we're creating something very special ๐คฉ a "๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ญ๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐ง๐ค๐ช๐๐ ๐๐๐ข๐" Wall - featuring 200 photographs chosen from our local community ๐ค
Weโre looking for pictures tucked away in family albums and old photo boxes, as well as photos taken today ๐
Perhaps itโs a fishing boat with your parents or grandparents aboard ๐ฃ a present-day crew, a proud fisherman with an incredible catch ๐ or the Quay as it looked decades ago. It could be a Trawler Race ๐ข a festival, a much-loved local character ๐ฒ a family gathering ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ง a business long since gone ๐ฌ or simply a photo that captures Brixham being Brixham ๐
Beamers has supported Brixham fishermen and cooked their catch for many years ๐ฆ Itโs also been the setting for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions for local families ๐
As we begin this next chapter, we want part of the new space to belong to the town and the people who have made it what it is ๐ซถ
Our aim is simple: to preserve a little piece of Brixhamโs history for future generations to see and enjoy ๐

Please include an approximate date and a short caption telling us who or what is pictured, and where โ๏ธ Please make sure you have permission to share the photo and for us to display it at Beamers ๐
Old or New, professional or a treasured family snapshot - we want to see YOUR Brixham ๐ฅฐ
Please share this with friends, family, fishermen and anyone who might have a little piece of Brixham history tucked away.
