Spring has Sprung!
A spring flip cocktail recipe to enjoy in the sunshine.

1.5 measures gin
0.75 measures orange syrup
0.75 measures lemon juice
0.5 measures St Germain liquor
1 small dash orange bitters
1 free range egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint or small flower. Enjoy!
