Welcome WINK to the residency!

Made up of Anything but Becky, Cuppa T, Slagga, Vigilante and Annie Wintra. WINK are a FLINTA DJ collective born in Bristol dedicated to celebrating bass music in all its forms from across the UK and around the globe.

What started as a shared passion for sound system culture has grown into a community-driven project centred on empowerment, creativity, and the joy of the dance floor. Established in January 2025, WINK is powered by a FLINTA-led crew all representing unique and individual backgrounds in the local music scene but hope to continue and expand their community both behind the decks and on the dancefloor.

At the heart of WINK is a commitment to carving out cross-scene collaboration and creating a space where people of all backgrounds can come together, dance freely, and feel truly seen. We champion inclusive nightlife and believe that diverse dance floors make for deeper, richer musical experiences.

The collective spans a broad spectrum of bass driven genres, weaving between styles to create dynamic stories in their sets. Whether rolling through Footwork, dubstep, breaks, jungle, or global club sounds, we honour the roots of bass culture while exploring where those sounds can go next.

REKONIZE - THURSDAY - RESIDENCY

Welcoming Rekonize to the residency, run by kazzzzz this local party outfit is built around a genuine love for underground electronic music. The label/events brand frequents venues across BRS and LDN but land at the Inn for a 3 month residency to continue exploring their interests in the deeper realms of Drum & Bass, Techno, Halftime & Jungle much like the last few times they have been with us.

Kazza mentions the ‘focus is on music with character,’ which is delivered through their weighty bookings for these three club nights. Digging deeper, supporting artists with a real point of view and creating space for sounds that sit outside the commercial edge. No obvious formulas, just good music, serious selectors and a room built for exactly this. A strong mutual ethos with us.

With four albums, numerous EPs, and collaborative projects, he’s built a richly detailed world that blurs the line between the organic and the synthetic, the real and the imagined. His music weaves intricate rhythms, crystalline melodies, and textured soundscapes into something both evocative and transportive. Beyond his own releases, Priori is an accomplished mixing engineer who has collaborated with artists like James K, Bambii, Maara, and Roza Terenzi. As co-founder of NAFF Recordings and the Jump Source studio, he continues to shape the evolution of electronic music in Canada and beyond.

SAM BOWER - THURSDAY - RESIDENCY

Introducing Sam Bower, our first 2026 aut/win Thursday resident!

Carting along a deeply curated selection of midweek winter weirdness, Sam is somewhat new to the game, having done their first Club gig back in only February this year (!). We knew they were on to something when we asked them to curate their debut InnSession which was a standout Thursday night for us down the Inn after receiving mass praise from all the staff and dancers.

We see Sam a lot here, soaking up the music as a committed Clubland enthusiast and local. Their selections and taste seem to be a byproduct of that as she branches into strains of Techno, Electro, Tech House and more. A nice motif, showing that our small but mighty neighbourhood dancefloor is having a positive effect on the people that visit it and in turn, pushes the dance music community forward. So with that, welcome Sam Bower to the residency.

Special Friday night settings this evening as we invite UK graduate, now Berlin based Richard Akingbehin. One of the keepers of the fort over at Refuge Worldwide and label head of the scene pushing , Akingbehin seems the tread the line between cementing the current and discovering the new and his DJ sets do just that.

Alongside him for the first 3 hours is Accidental Meetings resident, i-sha who has recently featured on this year’s Horst and 3WD program and heads to We Out Here tomorrow to continue showcasing her adjacent take on the dancefloor.
