Our second valentines special ✨
The perfect desert or aperitif for a romantic evening.
The Bye Bye Baby is a short sour with notes of florals and a citrus tang, using Brozen’s very own Brozen Gin 43, Liqueur D’Aloe, Peach, Lychee, Rose Water, Hippocras Bitters and an egg white for that signature Sour taste. This can also be made vegan using Aquafaba.
The cocktails are £11 each and will be limited edition, booking is recommended in advance for valentines week.
