Can you work on your own in a small kitchen with burger based menu? Do you love video and board games? Then this might be the opportunity you are looking for!

You will be serving our video games themed burger menu and brunch options, work on your own and in a small team, from our fantastic seafront venue. There will be plentiful opportunities to exercise your creativity with specials and special booking requests.

Can you make any cocktail after just glancing at the specs? Can you make your own to the brief? Do you know your spirits and can you substitute almost any ingredient? And do you love games? Are you empathetic, hardworking, and tidy? Then come on in, you're hired, we just need to meet you first! You will be treating our guests to Loading famous video games themed cocktails, as well as practising your classic skills on demand. Opportunities to come up with own specials and even add up to our collection will be on every corner.

Our Brighton site is a highly seasonal setting, and during quiet months you will be required to take on extra responsibilities like coffee making and table service - full training will be given.
