WHAT. A. WEEKEND. ❤️

300 covers today. THREE HUNDRED. 😳

A restaurant full of noise, laughter, familiar faces, new faces, families, friends… and the most incredible energy.

We never, ever take days like today for granted.
Independent hospitality can be a funny old game, but weekends like this remind us exactly why we do it.

To everyone who walked through our doors this weekend — thank you.

To our team, who absolutely smashed it — thank you.

Just ask Jo or Co which bottle of wine you’d like ❤️
And to this wonderful little community of ours… we bloody love you. 🦍❤️

Meanwhile, Co offered to go and collect the pups, got caught in the biblical rain and returned looking like this.

He IS wearing clothes.
Most of them are currently drying. 🤣☔️

After years of the dark bar, we decided it was finally time to lighten things up…

The colour? Breakfast Green.
We mean… could there BE a more Jo&Co paint colour?! 😂🍳

A little brighter. A little fresher. A whole lot more fabulous.

If hospitality is in your blood, you genuinely care about people, and you have at least 2 years’ restaurant experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Management experience NOT essential.
