Thank you to everyone who came together for 4tothefloor at Tempest Brighton on 18th July.

4tothefloor has always been about more than a night out. It's about creating a space where people can connect through music, feel welcome, and be part of something bigger for respite and connection.

Every conversation, every smile, every shared moment on the dancefloor is what gives this community its heart.

In a world that often feels disconnected, we're grateful for the chance to come together, let go for a few hours, and celebrate the music and each other. Seeing familiar faces alongside so many new ones reminded us that this community continues to grow because of every single person who walks through the door.

A huge thank you to our guests Getz & Halo, Shelley Stafford, Phil Able and Silas for sharing their music, passion and energy with us. Your sets helped create the soundtrack to a truly special night. Between them, Emma Getz and Hollie Halo have played across Ibiza, London and Brighton, while also co-hosting a range of unique wellness, yoga and sauna events that bring people together through music.

Playing together over the past few months, they’ve developed a natural chemistry behind the decks. Expect Emma’s love of old-school , piano rifts and timeless classics to blend with Hollie’s passion for rolling minimal grooves, punchy remixes and subtle underground energy.

Full of feel good vibes, infectious rhythms and the kind of energy that keeps you moving.

All roads leading to Tempest on the 18th July for a 4tothfloor explosion of house! We are honoured and incredibly excited to welcome back super talented Shelley H-Stafford 🥰

Shelley Stafford began her DJ career back in 1999 when she worked as a Saturday girl in Pure Plastic Record Shop in Worthing. This is where the love for vinyl & beat mixing began! Hard House & Trance in the early days with also a love for vocals, pianos & house music.

Shelley has warmed up & been on the lineup with the likes of Tall Paul, Boy George, Brandon Block, Paul Helliyer, Colin Dale & Mc Lucky, Nicky Blackmarket, Matt Cassar, Ben Meredith, Alex P, Judge Jules & Krafty Kutz.

Residencies have included the Honey Club, The Zap, Tzar Bar, Hed Kandi, Sitting Pretty, Downstairs to Dance and many more across Worthing, Brighton & London, hosting her own nights Get Your Vinyl Out & co hosting Sitting Pretty in Worthing & Downstairs to Dance.
Shelley took a break for a few years & came back on the scene a few years ago & has played for Sitting Pretty, 4totheFloor, Addictive Beats, Eivissa, HW Events, CodeSouth Radio, BLOCK, Brighton PRIDE, Stars Of House London, POV London, House Proud, OhSo Stereo, Queens of House, Stylish House Events.

Shelley is looking forward to throwing down some dirty beats & basslines for the Summer of 2026
