The countdown is on for the return of the Brightlingsea Pram Race on Saturday 15th August, and we're excited to reveal this year's stops! 🎉

Starting at Hurst Green, teams will make their way through the High Street, stopping off at some of the town's fantastic pubs and bars before racing to the finish at the Brightlingsea Community Centre.

Hola to my amazing customers. I'm excited to share some fantastic updates with you after a brief silence. We've been working hard to refresh our tapas, cocktails, and restaurant.

As champions of gluten-free dining, we've revamped our Croquettas to feature gluten-free ingredients, alongside our crispy deep-fried calamari and several other dishes.

If you've ever been disappointed trying to book a table on a Friday or Saturday evening, I apologize for the frustration - we get fully booked quickly, so planning ahead is key. In fact, this Saturday was fully reserved by the end of last week!

Meanwhile, our mixologists have been crafting exclusive cocktails with some thrilling new flavors set to debut over the summer months.

And finally a big thank you to all of you who have been drinking my own Las Naranjas Sanguinas Blood Orange Gin, I only launched it mid February and now the second batch is being made, as it's been extremely popular with you all. I'm now creating our own Lemon Gin to compliment it in our signature cocktail (the chefs special Spanish Sunset)
