WHAT A DELIGHTFUL PIECE OF NEWS
🥁🥁🥁 ………
WE GOT TWO MF PIIIIIIIINS!! 📌 📌

Not so long ago, we reapplied to be considered for a higher pin status from the prestigious and wonderful The Pinnacle Guide — and somehow, WE’VE DONE IT.

We never spot the mystery guests.
So, whoever you are: WELL DONE, SLY DAWGS 🫦

We are completely over the moon to gain our shiny new pin. It means the world to our little neighbourhood spot, our community, and all our wonderful regulars — thank you for helping put Stirchley + Birmingham on the map, once again. 💚

And THEN… to make it even sweeter, we now get to share two pins with our Brummy besties
Passing Fancies 👉👈

Love you all.
LET’S PARTY. NOW.

We’re also BACK OPEN after a little holiday recharge, and we’re back to our usual service from 5pm today.
You know the drill…

Bring your dog. Bring ya nan.
We’ll get the party playlist on. 🤌🏽

Ding D**g Song on repeat xoxo

NEW POTATO IN THE COOOOOOOOOUUUUCH❕

Some of you have already met Leah,
But it’s time to introduce her to the many!!

It was really time to introduce an adorable kind person to this team of old mashed potatoes 🥔
She is a welcome energy to this team and we are really pleased to have her.

With a barista background, she knows flavour, service and looking after people very well and is FRESH to the cocktail world.

We are so excited to train Leah up on the bar, catch her on the floor being a LEGEND right now and watch her flourish into a better bartender than the rest of us.

Welcome to the team, officially, our sweet sweet Leah baby child tattie gal, Martini’s on us this weekend xoxo

‼️ THE BEST EVENT OF THE YEAR IS HERE ‼️

🍸COCKTAILS + ICE CREAM PANDA PARTY @ COUCH 🍦

We’re bringing together ice cream, booze & classic couch vibe for one seriously icy, boozy day out. 🐼❄️

Behind the bar? The legendary Iain McPherson — Innovator of the Year, Altos Bartender’s Bartender of the Year, owner of one of the world’s best bars with THE world’s best menu…and, most importantly, a certified ice cream maker and lover of all things sub-zero. 🥶🍨

But for this one, he’s handing over the frozen reins to MINUS-MOB for a ONE-DAY-ONLY Cocktail + Ice Cream Party!
Many of you already know how innovative the Minus Mob gang are, so know you’re in for a treat.

Expect a menu of cocktails perfectly paired with some truly barmy ice creams, plus some Couch classics thrown into the mix. 🍸🍦

ONE DAY ONLY. Limited quantities. Arrive early to avoid the dreaded sell-out. 👀
Queues from 13:55pm please, you know we love to see a queue 🫦

Come raise a glass, eat some ice cream and show Iain how amazing our guests are! Big up Stirchley always 🤌🏽

GOD YEAH. 🐼🔥

Thank you to our lovely sponsors Diageo Great Britain Oliver Keeling 💋 🍑

🥔 FRIENDS OF COUCH 🥔

An entire week of Guest Shifts coming at ya!

As you know, the team is sexy and broken. Emphasis on the SEXY.

Fighting through the pain is a little out of reach for us this week, so to ensure the bar stays open we’ve called upon our friends from across the UK to take over our little Neighbourhood gem.

Two new bartenders every day!
Special drinks every day!

Different Days / Different Vibes

Tuesday - Saturday // 5-10pm every day

Come meet our incredibly talented Friends of Couch for a unique and new experience every day this week.
When S**T hits the fan, call on ya mates and turn it into something totally positive.

-> Swipe to see the lineup of honorary potatoes 🫡

God Yeah xoxo

P.S. If you see Katie hobbling around all excited, please, for the LOVE OF GOD, make her sit down
