George started with us when he was just 18! He’s grown into a fantastic member of the team and a brilliant bartender. He’s made a few blunders along the way resulting in the name of his drink but we will let him tell you about that.

Fox and Chance will be turning 5 years old next month! During our time on Pinfold Street we’ve been through so much and met incredible people who have supported us from day 1.
To celebrate, we are pulling together a menu of fives. Our 5 team members will be making a cocktail each with 5 different spirits. These will be paired with 5 classic cocktails with the same spirit. Every drink on the menu will be £5!

Jack is up next! Apparently he hasn’t made a fool of himself yet at Fox and Chance which is why his drink is called Smooth Sailing. Some of us would beg to differ but he has plenty of time to do something silly.

Today we celebrate the wedding of two of our wonderful regulars Luke and Toby!
They are part of Fox and Chance and have been coming in for years now. We are honoured that they asked us to provide them cocktails for their special day. One for each of these Incredible people.
So today we raise a glass to them and wish them all the best today and for the rest of their lives!

We're hiring!

We're looking for a full time bartender to come and join our team at Fox and Chance. Experience isn't necessary, we offer full in house training on all elements of our business. If you're motivated, positive and interested in giving great service we want to hear from you. Here are the details:

Starting wage is £12.97 + Service
35 hour weekly average contract
4 days a week (Potential for more at busy periods)
Comprehensive training pathways
Staff trips
