I guess I’d better start getting myself back into the Tiger Lillies spirit because there’s only ONE more sleep until we’re back together! 😍💃✨

After a little break, the batteries are recharged, the sparkle is coming back and Mama Tiger is getting ready to unleash her inner diva again! 😂💖

🐯❤️ IMPORTANT TIGER LILLIES REMINDER ❤️🐯

My beautiful Tiger Lillies, just a little reminder that there will be NO Tiger Lillies Cabaret Fitness tonight or tomorrow due to our recent family bereavement. 🌹🐾

We are taking a little more time as a family to grieve the loss of our beautiful Rose. She was such a huge part of our family, and we really appreciate all the love, kindness and understanding you have shown us. ❤️

💕 BUT… MAMA TIGER WILL BE BACK! 💕

Tiger Lillies Cabaret Fitness will return next week:

🐯 Tuesday 1st September — 7:00pm–8:00pm
🐯 Wednesday 2nd September — 6:30pm–7:30pm

A little more time ❤️🐾

My beautiful Tiger Lillies, I just wanted to let you know that I’ve made the difficult decision to take another week away from classes. ❤️

I’m also asking, with all the love in my heart, that people please don’t ask me whether I enjoyed my holiday. We were only two days into our break when we were suddenly faced with the most devastating heartbreak, and right now I simply don’t have the words to keep explaining it over and over again. 💔

I know some people may think, “It’s only a dog.” But to us, Rose was never “only” anything.

Rose was our family. She was my precious fur baby, Lorita’s little shadow and her support pug. We rescued her, and in return she gave us four years filled with love, laughter, happiness and memories that we will carry with us forever. 🐾❤️

Our hearts are absolutely broken, and we are going to miss our beautiful girl more than words can possibly say. 😭🌹 Even Missy is struggling and keeps looking around for her, which makes everything even harder.

Right now, I need to put my family first and give us all some time to grieve and adjust to a world that suddenly feels very different without Rose in it.

So there will be no Tiger Lillies classes this week. ❤️

I know my gorgeous Tigers will understand and give me the time I need. When I’m ready, Mama Tiger will be back, and I know I’ll be welcomed back by the wonderful women who make Tiger Lillies so special. 🐯💕✨

Thank you for your kindness, understanding and patience while we navigate this incredibly painful time.

Please remember that Rose was not “just a dog.” She was loved deeply, she was part of our family, and she mattered enormously to us. 🌹🐾❤️

For now, please keep dancing, keep smiling and give your own fur babies a huge cuddle from me. ❤️

There’s NO Tuesday or Wednesday class this week because Mama Tiger is taking a little break and recharging her sparkle! 🥰🌸

But that doesn’t mean the motivation stops! 😜🔥

Sometimes we’re so busy trying to be everything for everyone that we forget one very important thing…

✨ WE NEED REST TOO. ✨

Rest isn't giving up.
Rest isn't being lazy.
Rest is pressing pause so you can come back stronger, happier and ready to give it your all. 💖

So this week, I want you to do something for YOU.

Have a giggle.
Put your favourite song on and dance around the kitchen. 💃
Have a cuppa. ☕
Take yourself somewhere lovely.
Do absolutely NOTHING if that's what your soul needs! 😂💕

And remember…
