We are looking for a Chef de Partie working in our very busy tourist attraction In Somerset
Flexibility is key as we have 3 different kitchens, that you will need to be prepared to work in, to support our existing Head Chefs.
We cook almost everything from scratch, using fresh locally sourced produce, so for this position we are looking for someone with experience with fresh food and a solid background in good restaurants
The job will be hands on and involves helping with the day to day running of the kitchens, leading and setting an example to the whole team
There is plenty of scope for promotion
Live in is a option for the right person otherwise
Transport is a must due to location
Salary is negotiable according to experience
