One of the best things about my job as the manager of Revs is the relationships and brilliant friendships you have with the team and customers.
It was only a few months ago that I had Beau join the Revs Bath family as my new Head Doorman.

I’ve always said that the relationship between Head Doorman and General Manager is critical very much a symbiotic relationship jointly making decisions on the night to ensure things run silky smooth and everyone is safe.

Beau is one of those elite individuals that you rarely come across
The ultimate professional
A gentle giant
An absolute beast of a man
And having been fortunate to meet his 2 sons an awesome father.
I am gutted I only have 2 more weeks of working with you Beau. In the 26 years I’ve been managing bars and clubs your up there with the best if not the best Head Doorman I have ever had.
Thanks to you and the rest of the doorstaff for looking after me, the team and our customers ❤️
