Eventhough we have only played at the Tunnel once, countless of our members have been to the Tunnel down at Haverfordwest and have enjoyed the raves through that iconic venue. It will be missed and forever will be a venue that inspired innovation. Thank you The Tunnel Haverfordwest & Aaron Rees for giving us the opportunity to play !
A Statement from The Tunnel Haverfordwest’ Manager, Aaron Rees 📝
“As of last night, The Tunnel as you know it has closed its doors for the final time as the venue takes on a new adventure.
I want to thank all the Ravers, Promoters & DJ’s who have helped create memories that will last a lifetime.
The Tunnel created a platform for what I believe was a first step for DJ’s in Pembrokeshire, many of which have gone on to bigger and better things. Which is what The Tunnel was all about.
We created a community where newcomers could feel safe making mistakes, Where promoters could host their first events, where you could pop out on a Saturday and you just knew there would be a familiar face. It was beautiful, it was fast, and it was passionate.
As times change, people and their interests also change. I’ve been in the nightlife scene for over 10 years and I’ve seen many things come and pass. But when one thing leaves, something always takes its place. Ownership and management are working together to create something completely new and what has been craved in the town of Haverfordwest for some time now.
