Chapter Seven: “A Sad Balloon Pervert”
All looners are welcome at Serpent À Plume. Poppers, non-poppers, semi-poppers. We remain neutral, but always supportive on the subject of bursting.
I believe everyone deserves a place to pursue their dreams. Consider this my personal call to action to provide a safe haven for the pursuit of balloon pleasure.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed a profound admiration for the balloon fe**sh community. What began as a curiosity has become something of an intellectual and personal undertaking. I now consider myself a semi-popper, although I try not to let it define me.
Together with and , we are working on a book titled On the Edge of Bursting, a book about looning: our investigation into the culture, customs, and the peculiar pleasures and rituals of looning. This project is a world bursting with our wild imagination, private obsessions, and intimate relationships with balloons, explored through two years of gonzo journalism and questionable personal explorations.
We are inviting artists, enthusiasts, poppers and non poppers to contribute to this growing body of research. Whether through art, essays , or personal experience, your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
