NEGRONI WEEK IS HERE 🥃
From 21–27 September, we’re joining bars across Paris for Campari Negroni Week — and naturally, Sister Midnight is getting involved.

All week long, we’ll be pouring two versions of one of our favourite classics:
🥃 The Classic Negroni — gin, Campari & sweet vermouth. No messing with a good thing.
🌙 The Sister Midnight House Negroni — our own take on the classic, made the Sister Midnight way, can you guess what our secret ingredient is?

And as if that wasn’t enough excitement for one week, POWER TULLE is back.
Our bi-monthly burlesque night returns with the incredible Petula Goldfever making her Sister Midnight debut.

Negronis, burlesque and a little bit of trouble in Pigalle.
Come for a Negroni and stay for the show.

We’re kicking off a brand new series of guest shifts at Sister Midnight — and for our first edition, we’re celebrating Dolly Parton, just in time for Paris Pride

Each edition, one of our favourite bartenders from Paris and beyond will step behind the Sister bar to create two cocktails inspired by the songs of an iconic female or q***r artist.

And who better to start with than Dolly?!

On Thursday 30 September, we’re welcoming Pauline Renard from Dirty Lemon behind the bar with two cocktails inspired by the queen of country herself.

And you get the final say. Try them both, pick your favourite and cast your vote — we’ll crown the winning drink at the end of the night

Big hair, big tunes and very good drinks.
Working 9 to 5 this is not!

SISTER MIDNIGHT IS HIRING 🌙

We’re looking for someone lovely to join our team part-time, 3 nights a week.

You’ll be doing a bit of everything — front of house, bar backing and some cocktail making — so we’re looking for someone with a strong hospitality work ethic who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

You must:
✦ Be fluent in French & English
✦ Be available and ready to work busy Saturday nights
✦ Be reliable, friendly and comfortable working in a fast-paced bathing 

Cocktail experience is a plus, but not essential. If you’re keen to learn, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get behind the bar and build your cocktail skills with us.

SISTER MIDNIGHT RECRUTE 🌙

On cherche une personne sympa pour rejoindre notre équipe à temps partiel, 3 soirs par semaine.

Le poste est assez polyvalent — accueil et service en salle, barback et préparation de quelques cocktails — donc on cherche surtout quelqu’un avec une vraie éthique de travail dans l’hospitalité, qui n’a pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte quand il le faut.

Il faut :
✦ Parler couramment français & anglais
✦ Être disponible et prêt·e à travailler les samedis soirs bien chargés
✦ Être fiable, sympa et à l’aise dans un bar avec beaucoup de rythme

Une expérience en cocktails est un plus, mais pas indispensable. Si tu as envie d’apprendre, il y aura plein d’occasions de passer derrière le bar et de développer tes skills en cocktails avec nous.

Tequila, cranberry, grapefruit, Dolin Bitter, passionfruit boba. Tart, bittersweet, tropical. On the right side of too much!

A little life update from us... ❤️

As some of you know, we've spent the last few months splitting our time between Paris and the UK, working on a new project by the sea.

We're so excited to finally share that Modern Love is now open in Margate, England.

Some similar vibes to Sister Midnight, but with a different rhythm: French apéro, classic cocktails, frozen drinks, good wine, cold beer, and a little slice of retro glamour by the seaside.

Sister Midnight will always be home, but we're incredibly proud to have created a second space that carries the same spirit into a new town.

If you ever find yourself across the Channel, we'd love to welcome you for a drink.
