Comment as-tu découvert la musique électronique ?

Je pense que ça s'est fait petit à petit et aussi inconsciemment, mes premiers souvenirs de musique électronique sont peut-être les moments où mes parents écoutaient du Steve Reich dans la voiture, je devais avoir autour de 5 ans. Bien que ça ne soit pas à proprement parler de la musique électronique, on peut facilement faire le lien.

How did you get into electronic music?

It happened gradually, and quite unconsciously. My first memories of electronic music are my parents listening to Steve Reich in the car when I was around 5. It’s not strictly electronic music, but it’s easy to find a connection.

Et puis il y a l'OST d'Air Gear quand j'ai 8
ans, entre hip-hop, house et breaks. Ou encore durant mon adolescence, l'OST de Samurai
Champloo, qui est hip-hop certes, mais qui me fait dériver sur le trip-hop, le downtempo,
l'ambient et même un peu de jungle/atmosphric dnb, avec des artistes comme Moth Equals,
Boards of Canada, squarepusher ou source direct, pour ne citer qu'eux.

And then there was the Air Gear soundtrack when I was 8, between hip-hop, house, and breaks… and the Samurai Champloo OST during my teen years – it’s hip-hop, but it then led me towards trip-hop, downtempo, ambient, and even jungle and atmospheric dnb, with artists such as Moth Equals, Boards of Canada, Squarepusher, and Source Direct.
