[𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗛𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 - 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬 + 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦]
A look back at the Ice Kart Trophy 2026 on 17 January, which was held for the 13th edition once again on the magnificent ICE Karting de Serre Chevalier circuit in Serre Chevalier, Chantemerle, in the Hautes-Alpes ❄
A very warm thank you to the 16 European teams present who made it possible for the event to be once again SOLD OUT 🇬🇧 🇮🇹 🇨🇭 🇧🇪 🇫🇷
Congratulations to the Belgian team “KMRS RACING” who beat their 15 rivals for the second year in a row 👏 The local team “MARIUS TEAM” was just 3 points short of victory, but she managed to keep our champions on their toes until the very end 💪 The Italian team “RCK SNOW” took to the podium once again with a magnificent third place for the second consecutive year 🥳
Eight points off the podium, we find the Le Mans team “INFINITY RACING”, which took a superb 4th place in its first participation, ahead of the three southern teams “BAKASABLE”, “BAKASABLE SPORT” and “BAKASABLE RACING”, who fought a fierce battle, as only 4 points separated them at the finish line! The Belgian team “KMRS PERFORMANCE” finished 8th with drivers who were almost all new to ice racing, but who nevertheless managed to finish ahead of our regulars “ION SCIENCE” team, the Swiss team “DMR TEAM”, the English team “KARTFORCE TEAM BRIT” and the team “ALMI KARTING”!
The “AVALANCHE” team finished in 13th place in its first outing, ahead of “TFD”, which tied on points. And “TFD RACING” took 15th and penultimate place ahead of the “KST INTREPRID” team, which also tied on points.
The fastest lap time was achieved by the TFD RACING team in the last race of the day in 1'28'156... with Axel Francoeur at the wheel, as in 2025 😎
KMRS RACING receives, in addition to the prizes awarded on the podium by our long-standing partner PRECISION SKI REYSPORTS, a € 300 discount VAT Included to be used on one of the E.K.T. 4T or 2T championship races 👍
