🍔 Something special was created here…

The story of Melt Smashburgers started long before the first burger was served.

In 2023, here in Mallorca, we began developing an idea that had been with us for some time, slowly turning it into the project that would become Melt.

Two years later, in 2025, that idea finally came to life here at Bliss Marina de Cala d’Or, where Melt made its debut as a pop-up.

It was the moment Melt met the world. ❤️
And that was only the beginning.

Now, for the first time, Melt is crossing borders.

From Cala d’Or to Porto. 🇪🇸 → 🇵🇹

Today, Melt begins its next chapter in Portugal.

A little piece of Mallorca, of Bliss and of our marina is going with it.

But this story is also yours. To all of you who, year after year, have made Bliss what it is, and to everyone who, from day one, tasted, supported and helped our Melt pop-up grow: thank you. This next chapter carries a little piece of you with it too. ❤️

La historia de Melt Smashburgers empezó mucho antes de servir la primera hamburguesa.

En 2023, aquí en Mallorca, empezamos a desarrollar una idea que llevaba ya algún tiempo con nosotros, convirtiéndola poco a poco en el proyecto que acabaría siendo Melt.

Dos años después, en 2025, aquella idea finalmente cobró vida aquí, en Bliss Marina de Cala d’Or, donde Melt se presentó por primera vez como un pop-up.

Fue el momento en que Melt se dio a conocer al mundo. ❤️
Y aquello fue solo el principio.

Ahora, por primera vez, Melt cruza fronteras.

De Cala d’Or a Porto. 🇪🇸 → 🇵🇹

Hoy, Melt empieza su próximo capítulo en Portugal.

Un pequeño trocito de Mallorca, de Bliss y de nuestra marina viaja con él.

Pero esta historia también es vuestra. A todos los que, año tras año, habéis hecho de Bliss lo que es, y a todos los que desde el primer día probasteis, apoyasteis y ayudasteis a hacer crecer nuestro pop-up Melt: gracias. Este próximo capítulo también lleva un poquito de vosotros. ❤️

Today, Bliss Marina Cala d'Or turns 10 years old.

Ten years... it almost doesn't seem possible.

When we first opened our doors, we weren't even called Bliss. We were The House of Champagne. It didn't take long to realise that the name didn't truly reflect who we were, so Bliss was born.

Soon after came our iconic Bliss Wings, which have since become one of the most photographed spots in Cala d'Or. Thousands of smiles, celebrations and unforgettable holiday memories have passed through this terrace.

Then came something none of us could have imagined: the pandemic.

Like so many small businesses, we faced incredibly difficult times. If Bliss is still here today, it is because of the loyalty of our customers. Many of you first came as guests... and over the years became friends. We will never forget that.

Within these walls, another idea quietly began to grow. That idea became MELT Smashburgers, born at Bliss before expanding beyond Mallorca and becoming an international brand with its first restaurant in Portugal.

Today, ten years later, Bliss is still here.

Still evolving.
Still reinventing itself.
And yes... we're still waiting for someone to replace that famous wooden floor that's almost become part of the place's character.

But what has never changed is the reason why we do all this: you.

Every drink served, every sunset shared, every laugh, every celebration and every summer has only been possible because you chose to spend part of your time with us.

Today we celebrate ten years of Bliss.
But above all, we celebrate you.

Thank you for being part of our story.

Here's to the memories we've shared, and to many more still to come.

Hoy, Bliss Marina Cala d'Or cumple 10 años.

Diez años... parece increíble.

Cuando abrimos nuestras puertas, ni siquiera nos llamábamos Bliss. Éramos The House of Champagne. Muy pronto nos dimos cuenta de que aquel nombre no representaba realmente lo que queríamos ser, y así nació Bliss.

Poco después llegaron nuestras icónicas Alas de Bliss, que con el tiempo se han convertido en uno de los rincones más fotografiados de Cala d'Or. Miles de sonrisas, celebraciones y recuerdos inolvidables han pasado por esta terraza.

Después llegó algo que nadie podía imaginar: la pandemia.

Como tantos pequeños negocios, vivimos momentos muy difíciles. Si hoy Bliss sigue aquí es gracias a la fidelidad de nuestros clientes. Muchos llegasteis como clientes... y con los años os habéis convertido en amigos. Nunca lo olvidaremos.

Entre estas paredes empezó a crecer, poco a poco, otra idea. Esa idea acabó convirtiéndose en MELT Smashburgers, un proyecto que nació en Bliss antes de expandirse más allá de Mallorca y convertirse en una marca internacional con la apertura de su primer restaurante en Portugal.

Hoy, diez años después, Bliss sigue aquí.

Sigue evolucionando.
Sigue reinventándose.
Y sí... seguimos esperando que algún día nos cambien ese mítico suelo de madera, que ya forma parte del carácter del Bliss.

Pero hay algo que nunca ha cambiado: vosotros.

Cada copa servida, cada atardecer compartido, cada risa, cada celebración y cada verano solo han sido posibles porque habéis decidido compartir un pedacito de vuestro tiempo con nosotros.

Hoy celebramos los diez años de Bliss.
Pero, sobre todo, os celebramos a vosotros.

Gracias por formar parte de nuestra historia.

Brindemos por todos los recuerdos que hemos compartido... y por todos los que aún están por llegar.
