Hi all....

Before we go on with our shiny, happy postings, i need to stand up not just for myself... for all of us, working in hospitality on a daily base, nowadays with lot of side effects like ... GOOGLE REVIEWS ..

This one for example, is absolut bonkers...

This young Lady came in while the bar was empty...you cannot miss the signs, that we had to put up, because many people seem to forget their maners if they are on holidays..
We have 2 signs....one says, that you are not allowed to come in, wearing beach wear, Bikinis etc.. we are a cocktail bar...the beach is 2 km away.... please dress up
The other one says, that you please keep your phone in silence, nobody wants to watch reels with you,or listen to you problems with your boyfriend and for sure not, what your friend on the other side has to say about it ...

Anyway, this young missus came in and, as i NOW know, was streaming....which is forbidden by the way... especially if you DON'T ASK FOR PERMISSION TO FILM !!!
she was humble, talking quietly, i thought she had earphones or something, because of course there was no answering going on ...
Then another couple came in and yes, at that point i stood up and told her, that because now we have other customers, she please has to stop her facetime or please has to go outside as long as it lasts... i was not hysterical, not shouting, not even annoyed. ..
She was....
And past by twice after leaving, again filming ....and put up this little Booklet of a Review ....

Thank you Judit, you made me change my mind of not responding anymore to reviews..... i will...here on my social media ... to every Review that is untrue, riddiculous or just...silly

We hospitality people need also a review platform...for customers like you...
Btw, Influencers are welcome, if they treat us, our bar and most important our guests with respect....what means, ask if you are allowed to put up your camera !!!!
Thank you very much
