Today we present another classic of Italian cuisine: Tagliatelle alla Bolognese.
A simple but extremely tasty dish.
Tagliatelle are an egg pasta typical of Emilia and Romagna and widespread in the traditional cuisine of central and northern Italy. Their name derives from the verb 'to cut', as they are traditionally made by rolling the pasta into a thin sheet and cutting it.
