Meanwhile, our wine and champagne collection, displayed in a two-storey glass wall, is one of the most considered and comprehensive on the island. We are proud to host the Island’s largest wine wall, a two-storey glass-encased collection of the finest Spanish and international wines. With space for 2,000 bottles, the display houses Old and New World wines alongside exclusive champagnes such as Louis Roederer and Dom Pérignon Vintage. We have made it our mission to stock, in great number, world-class wines and champagne preferred by our discerning clientele as well as the finest selection of Mallorcan and Spanish wines. We also seek out, with the help of our dedicated sommelier, rare wines from boutique vineyards, just waiting to be discovered.
