Join us for a special event at Aldea in collaboration with Yuntaku .yuntaku

The experience begins with a one-off, first-ever masterclass led by the founder Benedetta Santinelli and Jessica Vitali, Brand Ambassador

Together, they will guide guests through the story behind YUNTAKU, while also exploring its production and how to work with it in contemporary mixology.
The session will include practical insights on flavour profile, serving techniques, and creative cocktail applications, all accompanied with tasty sandos.

After Aldea transforms into a guest shift, where Guillaume Quenza of the iconic Parisian listening bar Fréquence will take over the counter to present three signature cocktails, available until sold out.
