Ayashe established in 2013 is a Lounge and Cocktail bar in Calan Porter, with an amazing Cocktail Menu, mixed drinks, shots, etc. Formerly Stop Bar.

Located where the old "Stop Bar" was, and managed and owned by Jose Paredes the owner of the now dissapeared and mythic "Flava Bar". Ayashe is a Cocktail, Lounge Terrace, Music and Live Sports Bar. Our aim is to combine two atmospheres,

a lounge one with our fabulous terrace and atmosphere pretty much playing chill out music until 12am and another after 12am where the cocktails and the chilled atmosphere continues in our terrace, but with our music we aim to make you have fun, dance and enjoy the night until the early hours of the morning. We have a fantastic sound system, big screens, a projector screen, pool tables and a beautifully decorated really confortable large terrace with plenty of sitting areas. We have an extensive cocktail menu with lots of modern cocktails made fresh from scratch, premium drinks, wines, shots, fishbowls, ciders, alcopops etc...

On a daily basis we run events, live music, karaokes, dj,s etc... depending on the night of the week.

Pending our new additions to our cocktail menu with new cocktails, shots, the return of our fish bowls, and a few other surprises, we still producing our classics from our extensive cocktail menu, and a very important detail ALL OUR COCKTAILS ARE STILL €9.50... made from scratch and with top quality ingredients as lots of you already know. We believe in constancy not on overpricing, or justifying high prices etc, not only gor our cocktails but for all our drinks, specially now that things have gone very expensive in general. My god, go to the caves, or go to have dinner, go to the sunset, and then after that, do whatever you want, go wherever you want, lol looks like theres only one option, the evening doesn't die after that lol and if you're in Calan Porter there's lots of options. As the 2026 season starts this days, just a quick appreciation post towards Eduardo and Manolita, as this will be the first season in over 40 seasons that they wont be working and fronting the bar. I've known them since I'm a kid and their son Sergio is one of my best friends. I remenber my mum and dad coming back home with the famous hawaiian collars lol.

They built a legendary venue and gave it an amazing essence where everyone felt welcome and had fun prioritising the customer feel good feeling, the hawaiian vibe and comfort, and the familiarity while always being friendly and humble.

Now i wish them the best in their "retirement" enjoying good life, family and friends and tranquility lol
