For four nights, we’re swapping skylines and bringing one of the world’s most talked-about cocktail bars to Hamburg.

Their concept, their flavour philosophy, their rhythm — reimagined in our home.
Recently ranked #4 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and #15 in The World’s 50 Best Bars, .us.bkk has become known for breaking rules and reshaping how we experience flavour, balance, and hospitality. Now, you get to taste why.

This week, we’re pausing our own menu — and handing them the reins.
Ten signature drinks from their lineup, recreated exclusively with the portfolio.

A flavour pairing that felt too good to stay on a plate -
so we chased that harmony straight into the glass.

Built with the clarity of a martini, but softer. Nikka Vodka gives structure, Junmai Daiginjo Sake steps in for vermouth, a small nod to Japan, and to balance over bite.

RIN — clean, bright, nordic.

Nikka Vodka, Junmai Daiginjo Sake, gooseberry, fennel, green szechuan pepper.

This one started with a question:
what happens when fermentation meets caramelisation?
One builds depth through time, the other through heat, both transforming flavour into something bigger than the sum of its parts.
We built the drink around that collision.

CHERI — boozy, rich, roasted, layered.
Nikka from the Barrel, burnt miso coconut,
funky sour cherries cordial, black cardamom.
Finished with a mascarpone leftover cherry as garnish
