Cozy season is just around the corner — and there’s always a good reason to spend it with us. Come by, settle in and raise a glass to the start of autumn. 🍸🍂

From our House of Suntory category, meet Sunomono — a savoury cocktail inspired by the classic Japanese cucumber salad. 🥒🥃

Hibiki Harmony meets cucumber, sesame oil, Manzanilla Sherry, kombu and rice vinegar, creating a delicate balance of fresh, savoury and umami notes.

Elegant and complex, sitting somewhere between an Old Fashioned and a Mizuwari — familiar in structure, yet completely unexpected in flavour. ✨

From our House of Suntory category, meet „Sencha Senpai“ — our refreshing and sparkling highball. 🍵✨

Sencha tea brings delicate green and herbal notes, cucumber keeps it crisp, while cantaloupe and Midori add a fresh, fruity sweetness. Light, vibrant and finished with a sparkling touch of CO₂.

Say hi to „House of Suntory“ 🥃 For our latest Special Garden, we teamed up with 響 | SUNTORY WH**KY HIBIKI to create two cocktails inspired by Japanese flavours, ingredients and drinking culture. Each with its own take on Hibiki’s delicate character.

„Sencha Senpai“: Our refreshing and sparkling highball. Sencha tea brings delicate green and herbal notes, cucumber keeps it crisp, while cantaloupe and Midori add a fresh, fruity sweetness.

„Sunomono“: inspired by the classic Japanese cucumber salad. Cucumber, sesame oil, Manzanilla Sherry, kombu and rice vinegar meet Hibiki Harmony in a savoury, elegant drink somewhere between an Old Fashioned and a Mizuwari.

Now available at Liquid Garden. 🥒🍵🥃

Simple things, done right. 🫒

Our large green olives by Ferlito come straight from Castelvetrano, Sicily — home of the famous Nocellara del Belice variety, cultivated there for centuries.

Carefully hand-selected, only the finest olives make the cut. Meaty, mild and simply the perfect little snack to go with your first drink. Or your second. 🍸

Something new is blooming. 🌼🍸

Introducing LIQUID SOCIAL CLUB. Our new series of events bringing together good people, special places and damn good drinks across Hamburg.

For our very first edition, we’re teaming up with bloom café and bringing our two worlds together for one summer evening.

We’ve been playing around with what happens when coffee culture meets cocktails. So, we turned Bloom’s filter coffee into our own kombucha for one of the drinks of the evening.

Come by. Bring your people. Expect special drinks, small bites, good people and an easy summer evening. Stay for a drink. Probably another one.

See you on August 28th, from 6–10 PM at Bloom Café, for the very first edition of Liquid Social Club. 🌼
