a happy and healthy team is the cornerstone of our restaurant – we therefore have decided to switch our dinner service to four days a week, to make sure everyone is well rested and can give a 110% during every service.

we took a bold step by transitioning to a 100% plant-based concept, and we are grateful to have the MICHELIN Guide (official) once again honor our vision. this makes us one of just two vegan Michelin-starred restaurants in Germany, alongside the incredible SEVEN SWANS
