This coming Sunday the 1st we welcome you one last time to our bar. We are selling off the last items before moving on. We have lots of drinks, glasses, candles, lights, and all the little things that come along with a bar. We will start at 11am and go until early evening.

Corona rules apply, so we'll have to ask you to wear a mask and note down your name.

As gastronomy venues are starting to reopen and things seem to be slowly moving back to "normal", some of you might be waiting to hear from us.

In the midst of these turbulent times, we found the necessary space to stop, breathe and think about our future.
A bar is a project of the heart that needs continuous effort, care and especially passion. We feel that the time has come to invest our energy into new ideas and other creative projects. This is why we have decided to permanently close the bar and put an end to Twinpigs.

It has been a long and wonderful journey since we opened, back in March of 2014. The corner of Boddinstr. / Isarstr. became a special place for many of us. A project built upon the collective work and stories of great people who directly or indirectly contributed to create the soul of this place.
Many thanks to the team. The bartenders, chefs, service staff, cleaners, managers, designers, djs, artists and collaborators who directly worked with us during these years. Thanks to our friends who helped us and accompanied us all along the way. Thanks to our neighbors, who tolerated us for so many years. And of course thanks to all our guests and those who love the place as much as we do.

Everything has an end and so does Twinpigs.
We will see each other in other places, some other time. Until then, we wish you all the very best.

ON OUR CURRENT SITUATION

Dear Piggies,

Like everyone else, we are very concerned about how to act responsibly and without panic in these times of Corona.

For now and until there is no official call for action from the government, our measures are as follows:

- Rooms are aired more regularly than usual

- Bar stuff, glasses, door handles etc. are regularly disinfected. We will have disinfectant on all our workstations

- Please try to pay by card if possible

- Any other suggestions are very welcome

Thank you for your cooperation, humanity and your understanding. Together, we want to protect the most vulnerable with these measures.
