Thank you, Bologna, for another incredible fair. It's hard to process the intensity of everything experienced in just a few days - the conversations, the encounters, the books, the illustrations, the food, the endless talks. This year I’m taking home a lot of inspiration and a strong desire to pursue personal projects, and to keep working toward my dream of one day publishing my own book as an author.

There’s still so much to process - I'll get to it once I'm back in Berlin after a few days off 💖

Before I share a Bologna recap (coming soon!), I want to take a moment for a beautiful coincidence: yesterday was Leonardo’s birthday (he would have turned 574 years old) and here I am now in one of the cities that meant the most to his life and work

The Last Supper in my book - and in real life (ahhhh!) - and the Castello Sforzesco ✨

Note: yesterday, in a moment of total mental burnout and exhaustion, I lost the cloakroom ticket at the fair—where I had left all my luggage during my last morning. Mentioning that I had Leo’s book in my backpack was what got everything returned to me. Thanks Leo for saving my day, and thanks por el aguante 🙏
