Pastel starts where most cocktails are afraid to go. Broccoli-infused Toki Whisky — because why not — meets the quiet depth of pine nut syrup and the sharp edge of tomato shrub. Aquafaba gives it that cloud-like foam you didn’t know you needed. Wasabi brings the heat. Chilli flakes turn it up. A drizzle of soy sauce ties it together like it was always meant to be this way.
