No classic presentation. No boring slides. Just another AnonymouS Talk this time with .nova.beet.distillate , supported by .

We got to ask Maroš and Martin pretty much anything from the struggle of supervising EL grandmas while they clean beets to their experiences behind the bars at Termini and the Savoy American Bar.

And because talking alone wasn’t enough, we finished the night with the Bloody Roll Challenge: who could pull off the biggest roll?

The winner? tom.my

Thanks to everyone who joined us. This is how we like to learn

BLACKOUT isn’t about the lights going out.
It’s about the system losing control.

Monkey Shoulder, Smokey Monkey, white cacao, strawberry shrub and Dolin Rouge — milk clarified and served with an edible candle.

Taste it while the system is still burning.
Then blow it out.

Freedom begins in the dark.

Ranked as the #11 best-selling classic cocktail of 2025.
Created by the late Douglas Ankrah in London in 2002, the Pornstar Martini became one of the most successful modern classics of the 21st century.

Ranked as the #12 best-selling classic cocktail of 2025.

Created by Sam Ross at Milk & Honey in New York in the mid-2000s, the Penicillin took the basic DNA of a Wh***ey Sour and gave it a completely new identity.

Blended Scotch, fresh lemon, honey and ginger form the base, finished with a float of smoky Islay wh**ky. Despite being only around two decades old, it has already become one of the defining modern classics

Rockstar may be busy with leaks.
We were busy turning Dead Eye into a cocktail.

Wild Turkey 101, Kahlúa, Amontillado Sherry and Plum Bitters.

One sip. Time slows down.

We sell a ridiculous amount of Blazers.

Winter? Makes sense.

Summer? Somehow… still a ridiculous amount.

At this point, it’s not a seasonal drink.

It’s basically part of the furniture.

The Moscow Mule was born in the United States in the early 1940s, not Moscow. The classic story connects John G. Martin, who was trying to popularize Smirnoff vodka, with Jack Morgan, owner of Hollywood’s C**k ’n’ Bull pub and producer of ginger b**r.

Vodka, ginger b**r and lime came together and the distinctive copper mug helped turn the drink into a marketing icon.

Ranked as the #14 best-selling classic cocktail of 2025
