From Camping Fires to Hickory Restaurant: The Story Behind Our Friday Mussels! 🦪🔥

​Long before we opened the doors to Hickory Restaurant, some of our favorite family memories were made around a campfire.

Camping with our son, cooking outdoors by the sea, and gathering around a sizzling pot of fresh Black Mussels—those unforgettable days were pure magic.

​That exact warmth, passion, and love for simple, fresh ingredients is what inspired our Friday Mussels Night!

​Every Friday, Elena brings those original coastal flavors straight to your table at Hickory.

We take 500g of fresh Black Mussels and prepare them in three delicious ways:
​✨ Classic White W**e (Garlic, Butter, Chilli & Chives)

🧄 Creamy Garlic and dill

🧀 Mediterranean Tomato & Feta
