Gilmoet Brandy / Huishui Mixed Glutinous Rice / Pandan / Absinthe

Huishui Black Glutinous Rice, a rare Guizhou variety with 1,700+ years of history, was once a tribute grain to emperors since the Song Dynasty. Rich in aroma and nutrition, it elevates body and a distinctive grain fragrance to cocktails.

We combine Huishui‘s black and red glutinous rice, steaming them to release their warm, grainy fragrance, then slow-cooking with Chinese brandy. The classic Sazerac is reimagined into a velvety, aromatic ”glutinous rice in a glass.“

🥝 KIWI FIZZ
Kaishan Baijiu / Rice Wine / Kiwi Fruit / Dill / Red Vinegar

The Sanyou Shenzhen team fell in love with Miao Rice Wine 苗酒 in Guizhou‘s Miao villages, which is naturally fermented, sweet, and rich with fresh glutinous rice aroma. 🌾

We brought it home and created this fizz with fruity kiwi, Guizhou red vinegar, and dill, making it juicy and beautifully layered.

🍵 MATCHA NAMA CHOCOLATE
White Rum / Rice Wine / Tongren Matcha / Pistachio / Guava / Cream / Lemon

Tongren 铜仁, as known as the “Matcha Capital of China”, is home to the world’s largest matcha factory and produces premium matcha: fine, smooth, with a delicate nori-like sweetness.

We brought this exceptional matcha back and paired it with Chinese white rum and Miao Rice Wine, creating a silky, full-bodied liquid nama chocolate in a glass.

Balang Gin / Fermented Chili Pepper Distillate / Cili / Coconut / Mint / Papaya / Lime

Tart yet subtly sweet, Cili is a wild fruit which has been brewed into wines by Guizhou’s Miao and Buyi minority for over a thousand years.

We pair it with lime and distilled fermented chili for a bright, layered, cooling, and beautifully balanced taste of the mountains. One sip, and you‘re in the mountains of Guizhou. ⛰️

This land is so much more than Moutai. We found world-class matcha, unique ingredients, aromatic spices, and above all, a thousand-year legacy of diverse local spirits.
