- the owner of the Anonymous Concept from Prague. Under this group there`re currently three establishments in the capitol of Czech Republic - famous Anonymous Bar, Shrink`s Office and Ideas Are Bulletproof.

Filip will unveil the secret of what the bartenders of Anonymous Concept hide behind their masks by presenting their cocktail creations with a touch of real magic.

A few words about our speakers:
Christian Orator, a lawyer with a doctorate and a 25-year international career in the insurance sector, implemented schnapps ideas in his second career, active distiller with heart and soul and always on the lookout for even better aromas.

Eva Orator-Pesendorfer, familiar with distilling from an early age, also a doctor of law, and the good soul and nose (our sensory conscience) of the distillery.

Meet our team in a few more details:
•Anthony Christopher Kunz, Bartender, he has worked at Kronenhalle Bar for 5 years and has become a defining centerpiece within the bar.
He has already been involved in two successful pop ups. These would be Hunky Dory House and the Salé Bar.

•Martina Wilhelm
part of the Impact Hub Zürich AG and responsible for the events at Viadukt D and also currently working on the new project PopUp Stories .
passionate driven gastronome, cocktail and food lover and soon to be sommelier.
Her hospitality experience she got from various high-named places in Switzerland and has also worked in the gourmet gastronomy.

•Kacper Dylak, bartender, sales representative of Paul Ullrich AG , responisble for the bar scene and night life:
Over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry on various positions (as headbartender, bar manager, brand ambassador… and barback, not quite in this order though)
