Our ‘WE ARE ONE’ fundraising event this FRIDAY 24th will include an Australian sausage sizzle (BBQ) and a day filled to the max with fun! With 100% of ticket sales going to the Australian Bushfire Relief Fund, get around the Pool party from 2pm and then the Nightclub will start at 10pm. On Sunday 5th January, we held an event featuring Late Nite Tuff Guy and pledged 10% of all profits to the Australian Bushfire Appeal... well we are absolutely THRILLED to announce that we raised over $16k for the cause!!!
Not only that, graciously donated his ENTIRE PERFORMANCE FEE!!! He is a true gentleman... this is a part of his official statement (you can find the whole thing on his page).
“We here in Australia have experienced many natural disasters over the years, this has made us quite a resilient nation but this is something that is unprecedented and desperate times require desperate measures.
These events have also affected me very personally as I recently found out a friend of mine has tragically lost family members due to the fires on Kangaroo Island.
Alongside the generous support shown by Tropicola Bali to the bushfire appeal I have also donated my performance fee and I would dearly love if you could support by donating in anyway you can.”
