Dear Friends, we want to thank you for your enthusiastic support over the last six years. We went for a dream and together with our CC fam and patrons, we were able to make something very special that created a community and proved how far a little love and creativity can take you.

Without further ado it’s time to let you know that Close Co. is officially Closed Co.

256 Stafford Street will be back. Those details belong to others. In the meantime, so long and thanks for all the fish.

OH the stories our walls have heard!

Here’s ‘THE STEVE 1.0’ - a favourite original cocktail named in honour of our space’s previous longtime purveyor.

Steve cut hair and gathered with the community in our tiny space for 60years before a well earned retirement. So many Winnipeggers have memories here and we are so glad that we get to continue that legacy.

Cheers to all the great local spots who make Winnipeg what it is.

We so look forward to getting together with family & friends over the holidays each year and Close Co is the perfect backdrop for those good times. Here we are enjoying a menu testing day with friends as the team prepares to welcome guests and their groups to the restaurant over the coming weeks.

As we move into the festive season, Close Co. is now available for private bookings- perfect for those occasions for groups of 8-12 guests that you are planning.

We offer the backdrop for some lovely time spent and a delectable meal to be reminisced.
