If you're looking for a good time dancing in Victoria, BC, you've come to the right place. We've got classes, dances, and more for your participatory pleasure. :)

Red Hot Swing teaches and performs vintage swing dancing: Lindy Hop, Charleston, Shag, and Balboa. Although they originated in the era of big bands and swing jazz, you can dance swing socially to pretty much any kind of music.

Tonight is the night that Holly Arntzen joins her dad Lloyd's band, Blackstick! We're in Dance Victoria as usual, with the lesson starting at 8pm and the band begins at 9:10pm.

Speaking of Dance Victoria, we've received word that HVAC technicians have partially repaired the air system. Last weekend it was fully broken, and as of today it is circulating air properly. We're still waiting to find out when the cooling component will be fixed. On the upside, the cooler weather this weekend should help substantially.

In the meantime, we suggest dressing in lighter clothes. Maybe it's time to have a hawaiian shirt theme tonight?

6:15pm Swing 1 followed by
7:45pm-9:45pm social dance with live music: Avram McCagherty Quartet
