Instagram is beyond frustrating. For some time now, it seems like we can’t post anything to the Sin City Fe**sh Night Instagram. Even super generic photos with nothing racy at all going on get flagged. I religiously check it every day and delete anything that gets flagged in any way and yet even so, this morning I got a notification that the account was disabled. I’ve filed an appeal but if that doesn’t work, apparently it will be deleted for good.

Just goes to show you HOW IMPORTANT it is to be directly signed up to things like Newsletters from the event organizers and artists you support. You absolutely cannot just depend on social media to serve the information up to you - in fact, Insta and Facebook have increasingly sensitive bots throttling and disabling anything they find "too sexy" (which can be ANYTHING, like, someone wearing a collar) .... and no humans keeping track of it or working to mitigate anything if the bot decisions get overzealous and do things like deactivate accounts.
