The Trio of Grilled Cheese paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Chardonnay. I can't think of a better comfort food to be paired with a wine that exhibits creamy toasty flavours with notes of apple, citrus and pear. The Trio a revamped classic paired with a classic varietal.
