It’s not uncommon for cocktails from Zig Zag Café to grace our menu, and their influence on our bar program is undeniable. The Trident combines Sherry and Akvavit with Cynar and peach bitters. Savoury and rich, with lots of depth and complexity.

The Jefferson County is our riff on a French 75 with the addition of St. Germain and Lillet. As Patrick likes to say, it’s summer in a glass.
