💌 LITTLE SPROUTS OF JOY 🌱
Moments we are grateful for this week

• niagaraqueerruncrew chose us for one of their weekly movement meetups and the alignment was pure 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Everyone was so lovely and it was such a gift to connect with them.

• Paper Bananas was back in shop with us this week for a cozy collaging morning and it’s always one of our favourite collabs 🍌

• a good friend popped by with flowers from Bellas & Blooms Port Colborne ‘just because’ and it was a small gesture with a big impact that truly hit me so hard. People are good. 💐

• we got brave and tried our hand at in-house made croissants and the feedback has been nothing but good things. We’re happy to add them to our lineup! 🥐

• we hosted BBBS of Niagara and helped them get creative for their summer staff social. The vibes were 🫶🏽 and it was such a joy to share the space with them

SPROUT has always been about more than plants and coffee. It’s about the kind of community we choose to create and the kind of energy we allow into it.

We’re not interested in being everything to everyone. We’re interested in being a space where people feel safe, respected, included, and genuinely welcome.

So yes, we have boundaries. We make decisions that aren’t always easy. And sometimes that means saying no, walking away, or asking someone not to come back.

Kinda chic, actually.

Because SPROUT isn’t for everyone. And that’s kind of the point ✌🏽
