Bytown Swing was founded in 2015 with a mission to promote and grow the social swing dancing scene in Ottawa, Canada. Our organization is not-for-profit and run entirely by volunteers who love the dance and want to sha

re it with everyone! New direction: Starting in 2017 there will be no more bi-weekly dances: we're moving to one-off Lindy Hop events like bar nights, pop-up dances, and special live band events. Bytown Swing will remain a non-profit organisation who relies on our lovely volunteers to keep things rolling so if you're interested in being on the exec, helping organise an event, do promo, if you have an idea for a cool event you'd like to see in Ottawa, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us!
