🍷 A Few Seats Left — Early Summer Wine Tasting at Trio 🍷

Join us Sunday, June 7th for an intimate evening of summer wines, seasonal bites, and relaxed conversation in the heart of Westboro.

This tasting will feature five wines across a full spectrum of colours, styles, and sweetness levels, presented in three tasting waves throughout the evening. Along the way, Chef Rob will serve seasonal pairings designed to complement the wines in front of you.

The theme for the evening is summer sipping wines with a twist — unique bottles that showcase lesser-known grape varieties, unexpected regions, or unusual production methods you may not have experienced before.

Small group. Great wine. No wine snobbery. Just a fun, relaxed evening discovering a few bottles we think deserve attention this summer. ☀️

Just a reminder that Trio will be opening at 6:30 PM this evening (Sunday, May 24th) due to possible City water maintenance in the area earlier today. 💧

Rather than risk interruptions during service, we decided to delay opening slightly and keep the evening stress-free for everyone — including us 😄

Thanks for your patience and we look forward to seeing you tonight for cocktails, dinner, and a proper Sunday evening out. 🍸✨

Heads up! 🚧💧

Due to scheduled City water maintenance in our area, Trio will be opening later than usual on Sunday.

We’ll be welcoming guests starting at 6:30 PM once water service is fully restored.

In the meantime, feel free to fill up the patio on Friday & Saturday.
Not exactly the Sunday surprise we had in mind 😄 — but we’ll be ready with cocktails, music, and dinner as soon as the City gives us the all-clear.

We’re easing into summer with a relaxed evening of great wine, seasonal bites, and conversation on Sunday, June 7th.

Our sommelier Etienne will guide guests through a curated tasting of crisp whites, fresh reds, and a few wines we’re especially excited about for the season — paired with appetizers, charcuterie, and a light dessert from Chef Rob.
