Meet Witek. 🍸🌍
Witek built much of his experience behind the bar in London, including time at the Beaufort Bar at The Savoy and The Langham, places where attention to detail, technique and hospitality are part of the language.
His influence goes well beyond London. Travelling through different parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, flavours and ways of doing things ultimately helped shape the idea behind Ocelli.
