Unexpected flavour profile he'd love to test? Mango and Oat
Fave cocktail to make ? Jacked Chili & Coke
Fact that no one would think about the distilling process ? Moving a recipe from one still to another still changes the product. Everything else can be exactly the same, down to gram, but as soon as you move to a different still, both the aroma and flavour can change. Sometimes it's for the better, sometimes for the worse. The only think that's certain is that it WILL change.
